BrainTech reduces outstanding shares by three million

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 1995-- BrainTech's board of directors announced today that it has unanimously voted in favor of cancelling three million shares of outstanding Regulation "S" BrainTech common stock.

The shares cancelled were originally issued without the required board of directors' approval. BrainTech has notified Colonial Stock Transfer and the following stock certificates have officially been cancelled: -0-

As a result of this stock cancellation, BrainTech now has 17 million outstanding shares of common stock.
