Renaissance Energy Ltd. Announces closing of offering of 11 million common shares

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1995--RENAISSANCE ENERGY(TSE, ME: RES) Renaissance Energy Ltd. announces that it has closed the offering of 11,000,000 common shares at a price of $29.75 per share. Renaissance intends to use the net proceeds of $314 million to expand its capital spending in the fourth quarter of 1995 and in 1996.
