Technology Research Corp. moves up to the NASDAQ National Market

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1995--Robert S. Wiggins, chairman and chief executive officer of Technology Research Corp. (TRC) (NASDAQ:TRCI), announced Monday that the company's common stock, currently traded on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market, will begin trading on the NASDAQ National Market on Nov. 7, 1995.
The stock will continue to trade under the symbol TRCI.
Wiggins noted that Technology Research Corp. was accepted for listing after meeting the more stringent quantitative and non-quantitative requirements of the NASDAQ National Market. Wiggins further stated that a National Market listing reflects Technology Research Corp.'s continued growth and financial progress, and should benefit both our sharholders and the investment community through heightened visibility and liquidity.
