Credit Acceptance Corp. resolves copyright infringement lawsuit against National Auto Credit

SOUTHFIELD, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 17, 1995--Credit Acceptance Corp. announced today that it resolved its copyright infringement lawsuit against National Auto Credit to the mutual satisfaction of both companies.

National Auto Credit has acknowledged that Credit Acceptance Corp. has valid copyrights for its financing program materials. Other terms of the resolution will remain confidential.

Credit Acceptance Corp. is a specialized financial services company providing funding, receivables management, collection, insurance products, sales training and related services to automobile dealers selling vehicles to consumers with limited access to traditional sources of consumer credit.
