Irvine Apartment Communities declares $0.355 dividend

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 1995--The board of directors of Irvine Apartment Communities (NYSE:IAC) Tuesday declared a cash dividend of $0.355 per common share, payable on Nov. 30, 1995 to shareholders of record on Nov. 3, 1995.
The dividend is equivalent to an annual rate of $1.42 per common share.
Irvine Apartment Communities is a Southern California-based real estate investment trust. At Sept. 30, 1995, the company owned 48 apartment communities representing 12,334 completed rental units and 1,207 units under construction. All of the company's properties are located on the Irvine Ranch, the nation's largest master-planned community.
