NPRI forms joint marketing alliance with Computer Associates

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 1995--NPRI, Inc. and Computer Associates International, Inc. today announced a joint marketing agreement to sell VerSatility for CA-OpenIngres, CA's enterprise-wide client/server database solution. VerSatility is NPRI's series of integrated sales, service and support applications for enterprise-wide Customer Interaction Solutions for Call Center operations.
"CA-OpenIngres, in conjunction with NPRI's VerSatility series of software products, represent a dynamic new combination in the client/server environment for managing automated Call Center activities," said Ron Charnock, NPRI president. Working with a major database vendor such as Computer Associates offers customers a powerful solution in automated Call Center operations."
