Sharp Electronics Bundles Personal Journal® On Its Notebook PCs; Dow Jones Business Information Services Adds Sharp Electronics To Growing List of PC Manufacturers Pre-Installing Electronic, Customizable Wall Street Journal

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1995 -- Dow Jones Business Information Services (BIS) today announced that Sharp Electronics will bundle Dow Jones' Personal Journal(R) on all new Sharp(R) notebook PCs distributed in North America.
Sharp Electronics is the third company to enter into a bundling agreement with Dow Jones' Personal Journal since the beginning of August. Personal Journal is currently available on AT&T's Globalyst(R) PCs, AST Advantage!(R) PCs and Ascentia(R) notebook PCs. Personal Journal, an electronic, customizable version of The Wall Street Journal, automatically delivers a quick, concise read of the day's favorite Journal columns. The user can also download instant updates of company news, stock market data, sports and worldwide weather information with just one mouse click.
