AM International Inc. appoints Gregory T. Knipp corporate treasurer

ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 3, 1995--AM International Inc. (ASE:AM,AM.WS) Tuesday announced the appointment of Gregory T. Knipp, 40, to the position of corporate treasurer, effective Sept. 29.
Knipp had been assistant treasurer of the corporation since 1994. Knipp joined AM International as manager, treasury operations in 1987 and he has held several treasury-related management positions with the corporation over the last eight years.
Prior to joining AM International, Knipp was cash manager at Woodland Services Co. from 1982 to 1987, and from 1981 to 1982 Knipp was a financial analyst at Masonite Corp., a division of International Paper Co. Knipp was supervising senior accountant at Peat Marwick from 1977 to 1981.
Knipp is a certified public accountant; he has an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago, and he has a BS in accounting from Bradley University.
AM International, with corporate headquarters in Rosemont, sells and services a wide range of printing and print production equipment, newspaper mailroom systems and bindery systems, and provides services and supplies to the worldwide graphics industry.
The company's common stock is traded on the American Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "AM," and the warrants trade under the symbol "AM.WS." AM International has annual revenues of more than $500 million and employs approximately 2,800 people.
