Riley P. Bechtel elected a director of J.P. Morgan

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1995-- Riley P. Bechtel, president and chief executive officer of Bechtel Group Inc., today was elected a director of both J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated and its principal banking subsidiary, Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York.

Mr. Bechtel, 43, holds a combined degree in law and business from the Stanford University School of Law and the Graduate School of Business. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis.

Mr. Bechtel is a director of Bechtel Group, Inc. and a trustee of the Thacher School in Ojai, California. He is a member of the American Society of Corporate Executives, the Business Council, the Business Roundtable, and the California Business Roundtable. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the Dean's Advisory Council of the Stanford University School of Law.
