AG Communication Systems to resell Precision Systems' Uniport Product line; AT&T and GTE Joint Venture to Make UniPort the Core of New Advanced Intelligent Network Offering

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 1995-- Precision Systems (NASDAQ:PSYS) announced Thursday that AG Communication Systems will sell, support, and distribute Precision Systems' UniPort enhanced services platform as the INgage(tm) Enhanced Services Platform in their line of advanced intelligent network (AIN) products and services.
AG Communications Systems is a joint venture of AT&T and GTE, established to sell and support network-based telephony equipment. UniPort will be programmed with INgage enhanced services applications including voice activated dialing, debit card, short message service, facsimile, single number service, and simultaneous ring.
