EPSON introduces new service provider; responsive to customers, EPSON makes POS service top priority

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 1995--EPSON Monday announced that on-site maintenance service for EPSON point-of-sale (POS) products is now available through Dataserv Computer Maintenance Inc., an official EPSON authorized service provider.
EPSON POS system customers can arrange for customized service packages through Dataserv to meet specific needs. Dataserv's specialized field service packages can include around-the-clock, on-site service 365 days a year with four-hour response time for calls placed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Additionally, depot maintenance and help desk support staff is available as well as a variety of customized programs and multi-vendor services.

"We know it's not good enough to just provide customers with high-quality products. We must ensure that customers get maximum performance from our products by helping them obtain high-quality service."
