PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 1995--AnswerSoft, Inc., the leading developer of business process automation (BPA) software, today announced its call management product, SoftPhone(R), has been certified as Siemens Rolm Ready by Siemens Rolm.
This certification process is designed to accelerate computer telephony application development. AnswerSoft will demonstrate SoftPhone today at the Tele-Communications Association show in San Diego.

Users can set up and modify conference calls, utilize system-wide "hot keys," automatically look up directory data, and interact with popular contact management applications.
