McLaren Healthcare Corporation expands information and document management solution to complete integrated delivery system

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 1995--IMNET Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ/NMS:IMNT) signed a multi-million dollar contract today with McLaren Regional Healthcare Center to include two of IMNET's newest software product offerings.
McLaren, located in Flint, Michigan has chosen to extend their current information solution to include IMNET's Electronic Patient Record System and the IMNET Medical Image Engine. Both of these products have been acquired to complete the integrated delivery system. McLaren will now have IMNET's complete suite of products to provide state-of-the-art information capabilities to their healthcare enterprise.
The McLaren enterprise services a 10 county area and it includes two acute care facilities and approximately 50 physician practice management groups. John McDaniel, Chief Information Officer at McLaren said, "This new addition to McLaren's already successful information solution will make McLaren a leader in the healthcare community." The contract includes a five year, professional services agreement for installation and project management for the implementation of IMNET's products through the McLaren enterprise.
IMNET Systems, Inc., based in Atlanta, develops and markets information solutions worldwide. Their suite of products is comprised of the Electronic Information Warehouse(TM) which includes the IMNET Image Engine(R), the IMNET Electronic Patient Record System(TM), the IMNET Workflow Engine(TM) and the IMNET Medical Imaging Engine(TM) software. The Electronic Information Warehouse provides for seamless integration of electronic information storage and retrieval with existing application systems.
IMNET also manufactures and distributes the proprietary and patented MegaSAR(R) Microfilm Jukebox technology, IMNET integrates microfilm storage and retrieval in a seamless mix with storage and retrieval of images from magnetic, optical and paper media to provide a complete Electronic Information Warehouse.
