EDO appoints Kenneth A. Paladino as vice president — Finance and Treasurer

COLLEGE POINT, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 28, 1995--EDO Corp. (NYSE:EDO) today announced the appointment of Kenneth A. Paladino as vice president -- Finance and Treasurer.
He will function as chief financial officer succeeding Michael J. Hegarty who retired on Aug. 1, 1995.
Paladino, 38, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining EDO Corp. in 1988 as Corporate Controller, he was Controller of LNR Communications Inc. and a Senior Auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Frank A. Fariello, president and chief executive officer of EDO Corp. stated: "We are very pleased to have a person of Mr. Paladino's professional depth in this key position. In addition to being responsible for all financial affairs of EDO Corporation, Ken will continue to play a key role in the implementation of EDO's strategic plan."
Principally a designer and manufacturer of advanced electric, acoustic, aerodynamic and hydrodynamic equipment for military applications and marine and aviation markets. EDO Corp. has been aggressively pursuing the applications of its sophisticated and diverse defense related technologies to civilian and commercial markets.
