IMSI acquires FloorPlan Plus 3D software from ComputerEasy; acquisition expands IMSI's line of design products for small business and home use

SAN RAFAEL, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1995-- International Microcomputer Software, Inc., (NASDAQ: IMSI), a leading developer and publisher of quality software for the SOHO and consumer markets, today announced that it has acquired all rights to the FloorPlan Plus and 3D Design(TM) line of software products from Phoenix, Arizona based ComputerEasy International, Inc.

The user may design a home addition or remodel in 2D and FloorPlan automatically converts the drawing into 3D. The user can then walk through the 3D model in real time.
