Montgomery Securities initiates coverage of RISCORP, Inc. with a BUY rating

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1996--Montgomery Securities analyst Leonard Yaffe, M.D. initiated coverage of RISCORP, Inc. (RISC) with a rating of BUY.
In February 1996, Montgomery Securities co-managed an initial public offering of 10 million Class A shares.
Yaffe expects the company to earn $0.67 a share in Fiscal Year 1996 and $0.90 in FY 1997. He has also established a 12-month target price of $26.
RISCORP, Inc. is a leading integrated managed care workers' compensation company serving approximately 27,500 employers in nine states. Yaffe believes the company is uniquely positioned to benefit from the trend toward managed care within the workers' compensation industry.
