DalTech International announces agreement with Wang to bring imaging and workflow to IBM AS/400 market; DalTech International will integrate Wang's enterprise imaging and workflow software with IBM's AS/400 utilizing Microsoft's Windows NT and SNA Server

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 8, 1996-- DalTech International today announced an agreement with Wang (NASDAQ:WANG) to bring Wang's industry-leading workflow and imaging software to the IBM AS/400 - Microsoft Windows NT marketplace. DalTech will work with Wang to develop an API which will enable IBM AS/400 users to access Wang's OPEN/image and OPEN/workflow software for NT.
DalTech will also become a U.S. distributor within IBM AS/400 environments of Wang's enterprise workflow and imaging technology. DalTech will incorporate Wang's OPEN/image and OPEN/workflow software for Microsoft's Windows NT in its technology offerings to bring customers improved access to documents and the ability to speed processing of business transactions.
