DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1996--Chartwell International Inc. (OTC: CHAP) announced today that it has agreed to acquire the outstanding shares of All-Stater Publishing Inc.
All-Stater Publishing Inc. produces All-Stater Sports, the only national archive of state championship results for high school athletes. National circulation is over 25,000. All-Stater Sports profiles outstanding achievers, including student-athletes, coaches, athletic directors and programs.
All-Stater's board of advisors consists of such prominent figures as Dave Kryder of USA TODAY SPORTS and Van Coleman of Future Stars.
