Excalibur first to integrate information retrieval solution with Computer Associates' Jasmine

CA-WORLD '96, NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1996--Excalibur Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ:EXCA), a leading provider of software solutions for electronic information retrieval, Monday announced a development partnership agreement with Computer Associates International Inc. (NYSE:CA), to integrate RetrievalWare(TM) with Computer Associates new Jasmine(TM) product.
Jasmine gives customers a powerful object database with the ability to manage the entire universe of data, including video, sound, spatial coordinates and maps, molecular structure, time-series, financial instruments and telecommunications networks.
By incorporating RetrievalWare text and visual retrieval capabilities, customers will have fast, easy and accurate access to find the information they need.
