Chartwell International Inc. subsidiary, NCRA Inc., signs joint venture agreement with Cable/Print Network Marketing Inc

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 1996--Chartwell International Inc. (OTC:CHAP) announced today that its subsidiary, National College Recruiting Association Inc. ("NCRA"), has entered into a joint venture agreement with Cable/Print Network Marketing Inc. ("CPNM").
CPNM is spearheaded by Beryl Wolk. Goodway Group, Mr. Wolk's family-owned business, represents 21 separate companies and major facilities in four states. Wolk co-founded "The Cable Guide" and is considered to be the "Father of the Infomercial" (1,600 to date). He is also the publisher of "Dial-A-Fax," the world's largest fax directory.
The joint venture will enable NCRA to be marketed to 100 million cable households and 27 million readers weekly.
Chartwell is a holding company specializing in sports marketing.
