Risk Capital Re names Charles N. Kasmer Vice President, Actuarial Department

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 5, 1996-- Risk Capital Reinsurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Risk Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCHI), today named Charles N. Kasmer to the position of Vice President, Actuarial Department, effective August 19, 1996.
Mr. Kasmer, age 30, was previously an Assistant Vice President with Zurich Reinsurance Centre in their Actuarial Pricing Unit. Prior to his tenure with ZRC, Mr. Kasmer was an Actuarial Manager with Frankona Reinsurance Company. Mr. Kasmer is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
