Milton Federal Savings Bank builds Brookville office

WEST MILTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 1996--Milton Federal Savings Bank has started building its new branch office located at the Arlington Road and Parkview Drive in Brookville, Ohio.

The new branch office will encompass more than 3,750 square feet on the ground level. There will also be a finished 750 square foot basement level, which will be equipped with an elevator for easy access. The facilities will provide drive-through lanes, an automatic teller machine, a night depository, 40 parking spaces and additional office space for future growth.

The lobby will have two sit-down customer service areas for opening new accounts and four teller stations. Upon entering the building, a receptionist will be available to answer any questions or to direct customers to their requested area of service.

"Our entire staff is very excited about building a new branch office and becoming part of the Brookville community. They are also pleased to be able to offer to the community a variety of banking services which include savings, real estate loans, consumer loans and commercial loans, business and personal checking accounts, direct deposit, ATM services and telephone banking," said Milton Federal President, Glenn Aidt.

The designer and builder of the building is DEI Inc. of Cincinnati, a construction management company whose goal is to use local contractors for the project. The company has 30 years of experience in designing and building financial institutions. The architect of record is Dick Wuest of Hendon-Lurie & Associates. Work on the building will start immediately and should be completed by July, 1997.

Milton Federal Savings Bank operates two other offices, the main office in West Milton (Miami County) and a branch in Englewood, Ohio (Montgomery County).
