AirTouch Announces Record Date for Fourth Quarter Dividends on Convertible Preferred Stock

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 13, 1996--The AirTouch Communications (NYSE:ATI) Board of Directors has declared December 31, 1996 as the record date for the fourth quarter dividends on its 6.00% Class B Mandatorily Convertible Preferred Stock, Series 1996 and its 4.25% Class C Convertible Preferred Stock, Series 1996.
The dividend on the 6.00% Class B Preferred Stock will be $0.43500 per share, and the dividend on the 4.25% Class C Preferred Stock will be $0.53125 per share. The payment date for both dividends is February 15, 1997.
