Boston Acoustics announces Andrew G. Kotsatos as C.E.O

PEABODY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1996--Boston Acoutics Inc.'s (NASDAQ-BOSA) Board of Directors announced today that Andrew G. Kotsatos has assumed the positions of C.E.O., Treasurer and Chairman of the Board previously held by Francis L. Reed. Reed passed away on Nov. 16, 1996. Reed and Kotsatos founded the company in 1979.
