Learning Tree Announces Stock Dividend

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1996--Learning Tree International, Inc. (NASDAQ:LTRE) today announced a 50% stock dividend on its common stock.
The stock dividend will be paid on Dec. 16, 1996 to stockholders of record as of Dec. 6, 1996.
Learning Tree International currently has approximately 14,663,000 shares of common stock outstanding. After the stock dividend, there will be approximately 21,994,500 shares outstanding.
Since its founding in 1974, Learning Tree International has trained more than 600,000 information technology professionals in intensive hands-on, instructor-led courses. Learning Tree currently offers more than 120 courses on a broad spectrum of IT subjects. Courses are scheduled frequently in major cities throughout North America, and Learning Tree has education centers in Washington DC, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Ottawa, and Toronto, as well as other worldwide locations. Additionally, many Learning Tree courses are now available as multimedia computer-based training (CBT) on CD-ROM for both standalone and networking solutions.
