Vitronics to vigorously defend suit by Conceptronic
Business Wire, Dec 26, 1996
NEWMARKET, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 26, 1996--Vitronics Corp. (AMEX:VTC) today announced that it will vigorously defend a recent lawsuit brought in New Hampshire State Court by Conceptronic Inc., the defendant in a long-standing patent infringement lawsuit initiated by Vitronics Corp.
Vitronics believes the recent claims by Conceptronic are totally without merit and intends to vigorously defend this lawsuit.
James J. Manfield Jr., Vitronics chairman and CEO states, "Once again, Conceptronic is claiming that Vitronics should not be able to pursue its legal rights against Conceptronic in a court of law for patent infringement. We believe this suit will be resolved in our favor just as a similar claim brought by Conceptronic in federal court has previously been resolved in our favor."
