US Opportunity Search changes corporate name to Milestone Scientific NASDAQ: WAND

SHORT HILLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 6, 1996--U.S. Opportunity Search (NASDAQ:USOS) announced today the change of its corporate name to Milestone Scientific Inc. (NASDAQ:WAND).

The company begins trading today under its new symbol.

The company's new trading symbol, WAND, is, in fact, one of Milestone's leading edge products, a patented, "painless" injection device approved by the FDA and designed to revolutionize the delivery of local anesthetics to patients in the dental and medical fields.

Milestone is based in Short Hills. In November of last year, the company raised $6 million in a public offering at $4.00. At this writing, the company is trading in the $6.00 range.
