Digimedia retains First Equity Group investor relations as public and investor relations counsel

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1996--Digimedia Corp. (USAM) Monday announced that it has retained First Equity Group to represent it to the investment community and the media.

The company, founded in 1991, co-founded by Kirk Girrbach, first offered securities in 1994 on the OTC stock market.

Kirk Girrbach, president and CEO stated: "First Equity Group is a full-service and investor relations firm. By engaging them, we hope to gain greater recognition for Digimedia from Wall Street and the media."
