SED will distribute AMD processors in Latin America

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 1996--SED Latin America, the operating subsidiary of Southern Electronics Distributors (NASDAQ:SECX), will begin distribution of the AMD product line to Latin America through its export facility in Miami.

AMD, a Fortune 500 company, produces processors, flash memories, programmable logic devices and products for communications and networking applications. Founded in 1969, AMD is based in Sunnyvale, Calif., and has sales and manufacturing facilities worldwide.
