FLORENCE, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 1996--AlaTenn Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM - ATNG) - The board of directors of AlaTenn Resources, Inc. today announced that it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.30 (thirty cents) per share. The dividend will be paid March 1, 1996 to shareholders of record on Feb. 23, 1996.
AlaTenn Resources, Inc. is a diversified holding company with interests in natural gas transmission and marketing and the design, development, manufacture and marketing of products for the medical and health care industry.
