CTC Crown Technologies Corporation engages marketing and investor relations team

EDMONTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 1996--CTC CROWN TECHNOLOGIES (Alberta Stock Exchange:CCT) John Tansowny, President of CTC Crown Technologies Corporation ("CTC" or the "Corporation") announced today that the Company has employed John Hromyk to provide marketing and corporate communication services for the Company.
Part of Hromyk's mandate will be to increase the Company's profile amongst the North American investment community by developing and implementing a strategic public relations program that will parallel the company's exciting new developments.
In addition, a three month contract with the Corporate Relations Group, a Calgary based investor relations firm, has been finalized. The Corporate Relations Group will provide the Company's shareholders with regular correspondence, deal with daily investment inquiries and provide regional introductions.
CTC Crown Technologies Corporation sources, acquires, supports and develops emerging technology companies which have innovative market-ready products. Since commencing trading on June 12, 1995, CTC has successfully acquired one technology based company and has agreements to acquire two others, the approval of which is pending. CTC plans to source and acquire at least three more targeted opportunities in 1996, financing and directing future growth in each case.
