KSW Inc. reports 1995 revenues and net income

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 1996--KSW Inc. (NASDAQ Electronic Bulletin Board: KSWW) today reported financial results for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 1995.
Total revenue for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 1995 increased 22.3% to $44,176,000 as compared to $36,131,000 for fiscal 1994. Net income was $571,000 for 1995, as compared to $606,000 for fiscal 1994 after taking a one time charge of $305,000 incurred in 1995 for professional fees and bonuses in connection with the filing of the Form 10 distribution. Without the special charge of $305,000, the company would have earned $876,000, an increase of 44.5% over 1994.
KSW Inc., through it totally-owned mechanical subsidiary KSW Mechanical Services Inc. furnishes and installs heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and process piping systems for institutional, industrial, commercial, high rise residential and public works projects. KSW Mechanical Services Inc. also acts as trade managers on large construction projects such as The New York Hospital.
