Miami attorney James S. Cassel joins the brokerage firm of Barber & Bronson Inc

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 1996--Miami attorney James S. Cassel has been appointed executive vice president with the full-service brokerage and investment banking firm of Barber & Bronson Inc.
Cassel will also become a shareholder of BBCO International Holdings Group Inc., Barber & Bronson Inc.'s parent company.
Cassel has practiced in the area of corporate finance with the state-wide law firm of Broad and Cassel since 1986 and has served as managing partner of the firm's Miami office since 1992. At Broad and Cassel, Cassel had handled all types of mergers; acquisitions; corporate and transactional financings including venture capital, mezzanine and conventional financing; public offerings and restructuring.
Barber & Bronson Inc. was founded in 1989 and specializes in emerging growth and undervalued asset stocks. The firm provides a full range of investment banking services including initial public stock offerings; public offerings of debt and equity security; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; private placements of both debt and equity securities; and financial advisory services. Barber & Bronson is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale and has offices in Hilton Head, S.C., and New York City.
