ALLEN J. BERNSTEIN NAMED DIRECTOR OF DAVE & BUSTER'S, INC

(Nasdaq: DANB) announced today that Allen J. Bernstein has been named a director of the company, succeeding Alan D. Miller who is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of Edison Brothers' Stores, Inc.
Bernstein is founder, chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Quantum Restaurant Group, Inc. (NYSE: KRG), which operates the Morton's of Chicago Steak Houses restaurants. Bernstein is a leading authority on America's $290 billion restaurant industry, and on both current developments and long-term trends in the nation's dining habits and preferences.
Dave & Buster's operates seven large, high volume restaurant/entertainment complexes under the Dave & Buster's name in the following locations: two in Dallas and one each in Houston, suburban Atlanta, near downtown Philadelphia, suburban Chicago and downtown Chicago. The company currently has two units under construction, one in Hollywood, Fla. and another in the Washington, D.C. suburb of North Bethesda, Md. which are scheduled to open later this year.
