InnoServ Technologies Inc. appoints new chief financial officer

ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 1996--InnoServ Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:ISER) is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas E. Hoefert as vice president and chief financial officer of InnoServ Technologies Inc. effective Jan. 17, 1996.
Hoefert has over 15 years of experience in financial management. Most recently, Hoefert was vice president and chief financial officer of Recognition International Inc., a provider of electronic document processing solutions.
Prior to that, Hoefert was director of financial planning and controller for Kentron International Inc., an engineering service and consulting firm. He has also worked as a financial analyst and manufacturing engineer with Texas Instruments.
Hoefert holds a BS in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance both from the University of North Texas. Hoefert is also a licensed CPA.
