NPRI forms joint marketing alliance with Computer Associates; Agreement Provides Dynamic Management Of Automated Call Center Operations With NPRI's VerSatility And CA-OpenIngres

ISLANDIA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 1996--NPRI, Inc. and Computer Associates International, Inc., today announced a business agreement to jointly market NPRI's VerSatility for CA-OpenIngres. CA-OpenIngres is CA's enterprise-wide client/server database solution. VerSatility is NPRI's series of integrated sales, service and support applications for enterprise-wide Customer Interaction Solutions for Call Center operations.
The joint agreement calls for CA to resell NPRI's VerSatility, as well as for NPRI to resell CA-OpenIngres, as part of the joint solution, NPRI's VerSatility for CA-OpenIngres.
