Conceptronic reaches distribution agreement with MYDATA Japan K.K

PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 12, 1996--Conceptronic Inc., (NASDAQ: CNCP) and MYDATA Japan K.K. have reached a distribution agreement in which MYDATA will market and sell Conceptronic SMT forced convection reflow soldering systems throughout Japan.
MYDATA will handle all sales, installation, training and service activities. The agreement will be formally "kicked-off" in January of 1996 at the InterNepcon trade conference in Tokyo, Japan.
MYDATA Japan K.K., is based in Tokyo, Japan and is a subsidiary of MYDATA Automation AB (based in Sweden). MYDATA is recognized as a major worldwide manufacturer of flexible, mid-range robotic component placement systems for the electronic SMT circuit assembly industry.
