Horizons Technology Inc. to combine TrueMotion-S video compressor with Adobe After Effects 3.0; "New software bundle provides multimedia professionals with complete video compression and special effects solution"

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 1996--Horizons Technology Inc. (HTI) of San Diego, announced the bundle of TrueMotion-S video compression and playback technology with Adobe After Effects 3.0 2D animation, composting and special effects software for the Macintosh.
The TrueMotion-S/Adobe After Effects bundle was introduced at MacWorld for a special show price of $995, which includes 10,000 TrueMotion-S playback licenses, and will be in effect until Jan. 31, 1996. The combined package will provide title developers and other multimedia professionals the ability to compress, edit and play back video on their existing Macintosh desktop computers. TrueMotion-S is also available as a stand-alone product from HTI for the Macintosh, Windows 3.1, Windows 95 and Windows NT platforms.
"Title developers and other digital video professionals will now be able to create special effects, edit and compress video using the highest quality tools available today," said Maurice Naragon, director of business development for Horizons Technology.
