Security National Financial Corp. announces stock dividend

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 1996--The board of directors of Security National Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:SNFCA) Monday announced that it has declared a stock dividend of 5 percent payable to its shareholders of record on all Class A and Class C common stock as of Jan. 15, 1996.
Delivery of stock certificates representing the stock dividends shall be made no later than Feb. 1, 1996.
Security National Financial Corp. owns life insurance, cemeteries, mortuaries and mortgage subsidiaries. It is located in Salt Lake City and is listed on the NASDAQ Exchange under the symbol "SNFCA."
