Micro Focus Group plc announces the addition of Marcelo Gumucio as non-executive director

NEWBURY, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 29, 1996--Micro Focus Group plc today announced the addition of Marcelo Gumucio to the board of directors of the company as a non-executive director.
Gumucio is the president, chairman of the management board and CEO of Memorex Telex NV.
Brian Reynolds, chairman of the Micro Focus Board, commented, "As we advised in our third quarter financial update, the company is seeking to add complementary strength to the management team. This includes adding additional outside perspective to the Micro Focus Board.
