Nexus Telecommunications Restructures Its Marketing and Sales Group

GIVATAYIM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 1996--Nexus Telecommunication Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NXSFC) today announced a restructuring of its marketing team. In the change designed to shift the emphasis from early business development towards marketing and sales, Zvi David has been nominated Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Mr. Shlomo Tenenberg has been nominated Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Zvi David has over twenty years of experience in development, world wide marketing, sales and support of large communications systems with Tadiran. Mr. Tenenberg joined the company in 1994 as director of sales, after years of experience with Tadiran and ECI Telecom.

Rani Cohen, who successfully lead the business development of the company since 1993, intends to peruse new initiatives in other areas. Rani will stay active at Nexus until April 1st, 1996.
