TENERA and British Rail "BR" Business Systems Announce Intent to Form Strategic Partnership

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1996--TENERA, Inc. (AMEX: TNR) and BR Business Systems of London, England announced today their intent to form a Strategic Partnership to provide complete maintenance management solutions for mass transit customers in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Under the expected terms of the alliance, BR Business Systems would lead sales, marketing, installation, and support activities in the UK and Europe for BR Business Systems' current and future customer base. TENERA would provide a series of maintenance management products and services that have received praise in the United States by the mass transit industry.
