Stuart Baumgarten named executive vice president of sales and marketing at SafetyTek Corp.'s Invivo Research subsidiary

FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 14, 1996--SafetyTek Corp. (NASDAQ:SAFE) Thursday announced that Stuart Baumgarten has joined its wholly owned Invivo Research Inc. subsidiary as executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing.
Baumgarten, 42, joins Invivo after a 15-year career serving in various sales positions at Datascope Corp. (NASDAQ:DSCP), where he was most recently director of sales for the patient monitoring division of this $200 million leading manufacturer and marketer of medical systems and devices for cardiac assist and patient monitoring.
