BROOKLYN, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1996--Polymer Research Corp. of America (NASDAQ - PROA) today reported results for the year ended Dec. 31, 1995.
Polymer earned $357,000 (28 cents per share) on record revenues of $5,179,000. The 7.6% increase in net income marked the third consecutive year of earnings growth, and the 7.8% increase in revenues marked the sixth straight year of increased revenues.
Carl Horowitz, the company's president and chairman, stated that he was pleased with the company's continued growth, which he attributed to the increased marketing efforts in the United States and abroad undertaken by the company during the past several years.
Polymer Research Corp. of America is engaged primarily in research in the area of chemical grafting on a contract basis for a wide range of manufacturing and other companies.
