Logic Works CFO plans to leave company

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 21, 1996--Logic Works (NASDAQ: LGWX) announced today that Mark Finkel, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will be leaving the Company. Finkel's decision to leave was made jointly with company President and Chief Executive Officer Benjamin Cohen.
Finkel, 41, who joined Logic Works in 1995, will stay on through a transitional period while the Company searches for a new CFO. No specific date has been determined for his departure. Finkel plans to pursue other opportunities upon leaving Logic Works.

Finkel commented, "While my tenure at Logic Works has been brief, we have accomplished a lot in the last year. I know I will leave the Company in strong and capable hands and that it will continue as a market leader."
