Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. secures $5.7 million through institutional private placement, and files application for NASDAQ

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 25, 1996--Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. (OTC EBB:IMDS) Monday announced it has filed the application for NASDAQ listing.
The company President, Linda B. Grable, stated that the company has secured $5.7 million through a private placement of preferred shares to institutional investors.
The proceeds from the private placement will be used for the FDA process, the clinical trials and for the manufacturing of the International orders.
Imaging Diagnostic Systems Inc. developed the first state-of-the-art breast imaging device (CTLM(tm)) which uses ultra fast laser pulses in place of X-rays, requires no breast compression or discomfort and produces cross-sectional images of the tissue similar to conventional CT scanners.
