Holistic Systems supports Sybase IQ; Holos business intelligence software optimizes power of new database engine designed for interactive analysis

EDISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 26, 1996--Holistic Systems, a leading international supplier of business intelligence software, today announced that its Holos(tm) business intelligence software product supports Sybase IQ(tm), the new data warehouse server from Sybase that has been specifically engineered to allow interactive analysis. Holos for Sybase IQ is available now.
Holos is an OLAP compliant, integrated system encompassing facilities for enterprise scale executive information, decision support, and business intelligence applications. Holos is in use at over 900 customer sites worldwide. The new Sybase IQ data warehouse server is optimized to run on existing hardware without constant tuning, providing more cost-effective, flexible data warehousing solutions. Holistic Systems and Sybase are partners in Sybase's Warehouse WORKS Alliance Program, which is the industry's largest data warehouse alliance.
