ISG International Software Group Ltd. Clarifies Strategic Marketing Partnership Plans

HAIFA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 1996--ISG International Software Group Ltd. (NASDAQ/NMS:SISGF) announces that the company is currently discussing strategic alliances with a number of leading software companies in connection with its new OLE-DB based middleware product - ISG Navigator.

Arie Gonen, president and CEO of the company said "ISG Navigator is the industry's first implementation of Microsoft's new OLE-DB standard for data integration. The company has received a great deal of interest in its new product and is currently in an advanced stage of negotiation with one of the leading software companies. However, no agreement has been signed yet; and there can be no assurance that an agreement will be reached."
