HAIFA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 1, 1996--ISG International Software Group Ltd. (NASDAQ/NMS:SISGF) announces that the company is currently discussing strategic alliances with a number of leading software companies in connection with its new OLE-DB based middleware product - ISG Navigator.

Arie Gonen, president and CEO of the company said "ISG Navigator is the industry's first implementation of Microsoft's new OLE-DB standard for data integration. The company has received a great deal of interest in its new product and is currently in an advanced stage of negotiation with one of the leading software companies.
