Software Artistry Achieves HP OpenView Premier Solution Partner Status

INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 14, 1996--Hewlett-Packard Co. and Software Artistry Inc. today announced that Software Artistry has joined the HP OpenView Solution Partners Program as a Premier Solution Partner.
As a Premier Solution Partner, Software Artistry will participate with HP in product sales, marketing and support programs to provide users with a single, integrated solution for their enterprise-management needs.
The Premier Solution Partner designation is based largely on the high degree of integration between SA-Expert Advisor(TM), a full-featured, enterprise-level call and problem management application, and HP OpenView Network Node Manager.
Expert Advisor integrates with the Network Node Manager by utilizing SA-ExpertView(TM), the link between network and system management platforms and support centers. ExpertView provides and out-of-the-box integration solution with Network Node Manager.

As a Premier Solution, ExpertView and Expert Advisor successfully met the requirements of HP OpenView Certification Testing that examines application integration with the HP OpenView Platform at many levels, from the graphical user interface to protocol access, event handling, data integration installation and administration.
