Morgan Hydrocarbons and International Colin Energy announce satisfaction of due diligence conditions

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 16, 1996--MORGAN HYDROCARBONS Inc. and INTERNATIONAL COLIN ENERGY CORPORATION ("Colin") announce today that the due diligence conditions in their arrangement agreement have been satisfied. Colin also announces that its Board of Directors has received a fairness opinion in respect of the transaction. The arrangement is subject to Colin shareholder approval at a meeting on June 27, 1996 and regulatory approval.
